Terms & Conditions

• Our goods are unique and handmade, therefore slight variations in design and colour may arise with certain items.

• We will notify you of any item which is out of stock and suggest a replacement.

• We will replace, exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Items must not have been used or worn, being returned in the same condition it was sent out. Notify us of your intention first by email or phone. The order must be cancelled within 7 working days of delivery. Then return item by post, to be received within 14 days of delivery. Obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from Post Office. Return postage to be paid by customer .

• Notify us of any faulty goods by email within 7 working days of delivery and return them within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Please indicate which. Return postage will be paid by Jupiteronline. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification.
