Delivery

• Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £1.95 per order.

• Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail First Class postage or Standard Parcels for heavier items.

• We will replace, exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Item must not have been used or worn, being returned in the same condition it was sent out. Notify us of your intention first by email or phone. The order must be cancelled within 7 working days of delivery. Then return item by post, to be received within 14 days of delivery. Obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from Post Office. Return postage to be paid by customer .

Returns

• Notify us of any faulty goods by email within 7 working days of delivery and return them within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Please indicate which. Return postage will be paid by Jupiteronline. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification.

• If returning goods please obtain ‘Proof of Posting’ from the Post Office
